Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships or packages, or attending classes at Fire + Form Pilates LLC (“Fire + Form,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase services.
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver and consent form.

3. Services Provided
Fire + Form offers:

• Lagree fitness classes (non-heated)

• Heated sculpt, strength, stretch, and yoga classes

• Memberships (recurring)

• Class packages

• Drop-in classes

• Retail merchandise

• Promotional events and challenges
   

We reserve the right to modify class formats, instructors, schedules, pricing, and services at any time.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking
All classes must be reserved through our booking platform.

Cancellation Window

• Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in:

  • Loss of class credit

  • Late cancellation fee

  • No-show fee
     

Fees will be outlined in your membership agreement.

5. Membership Terms

Auto-Renewal
Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation
To cancel a membership:

• Written notice must be provided at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be submitted via email or through your client portal.
   

No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles.

Freeze Policy
Membership freezes may be available under certain conditions and must be requested in writing.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final.

• No refunds on memberships, packages, retail items, or promotional offers.

• Prices are subject to change with notice.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
   

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating in classes at Fire + Form, you acknowledge:

• Fitness activities involve inherent risks.

• Heated classes increase risks of dehydration, dizziness, and heat-related illness.

• You are voluntarily participating.

• You assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.
   

You confirm that you are physically capable of participating and have consulted a physician if necessary.

8. Waiver & Release

Participation requires signing a liability waiver.

By attending class, you agree to release Fire + Form Pilates LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation.

9. Studio Policies

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time (late arrivals may be denied entry)

• Wear appropriate attire

• Wear grip socks for Lagree classes

• Follow instructor directions

• Respect equipment and studio property

• Store personal belongings in lockers

• Refrain from disruptive behavior
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or behavioral concerns.

10. Retail Purchases

Retail items are final sale unless defective.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, programming, and materials are property of Fire + Form Pilates LLC.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Photography & Media

Fire + Form may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes.
By attending class, you consent to possible inclusion unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.

13. Security Cameras

For safety and security, our studio may use video surveillance in common areas. Cameras are not located in private areas such as restrooms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire + Form Pilates LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Lost profits

• Personal property damage

• Injuries beyond the limits of our insurance coverage
   

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
