I didn’t want another fitness trend.
I wanted a standard.

Wear comfortable athletic apparel that allows full range of motion.
Grip socks are required for Lagree. Don’t have any? We’ve got you covered — socks are available for purchase at the studio.
For the safety of our machines, please remove jewelry before class and store it in your locker.
Please bring plenty of water (no glass bottles, please). We also have bottled water available for purchase if needed.
Grip socks are required for all Lagree + non-heated mat classes and mat towel is required for all heated mat classes to help you stay secure during challenging movements. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio, and mat towels are available to rent for $2. Mat towels are provided for free for everyone with a membership.
Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We encourage guests to store cell phones during class to maintain the focus and energy of the room.
Sweat towels are provided for your convenience.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins. This gives us time to show you around the studio, introduce you to the MiniPro, and welcome you into the Fire + Form community.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time — we recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth and stress-free start.
If you’re unable to attend class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class are considered a late cancel and will incur a $20 fee. Failure to attend without canceling will result in a $25 no-show fee.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain availability and fairness for all clients.
For safety reasons, first-time clients will not be permitted to enter class once it has begun.
Returning clients are allowed a 5-minute grace period. After that window, entry will not be permitted in order to prevent disruptions and maintain the flow of class.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
As a thank you to those who serve, teach, and lead, we offer 10% off all memberships for teachers, first responders, and active military members.
To receive your discount code, please email the studio with proof of employment or enrollment. The code will be provided for use toward your membership purchase.
