Sami Pierce is an Official Lagree Master Trainer trained by Sébastien Lagree and is the co-owner of Viva Lagree studios in Utah. She specializes in Lagree instructor certifications, instructor mentorship, and continuing education workshops, helping instructors refine their cueing, coaching presence, and client connection.

All training days must be attended in full to receive the official certification. Training is hosted at our brand-new Fire + Form studio.

Note: Since we will be putting the finishing touches on our space, you will receive a detailed "Arrival Guide" via email at least 48 hours before training starts.
We will be training on the Lagree Mini Pro. This machine is a powerhouse of efficiency, designed to deliver the full-body intensity of the Megaformer in a more compact, versatile frame. Mastering the Mini Pro allows you to provide a more intimate, focused workout experience while maintaining the high-tension standards of the Lagree Method.
Everything learned on the Mini Pro is easily transerable to the other Lagree machine models.
While a background in fitness or anatomy is helpful, it is not required! This Level 1 Certification is designed to take you from the foundations to a professional teaching standard. We welcome passionate individuals from all backgrounds.

Water & Snacks: Training is physically and mentally demanding—stay hydrated! We will break for lunch and you may choose to bring a lunch or go out and grab a quick bite.

Yes! This is an official Lagree Level 1 Certification. Upon successful completion, you will be a certified Lagree Fitness instructor recognized globally.
Completing the certification is the first step! All trainees are invited to audition for our founding team. We are looking for instructors who embody our brand's energy and technical precision to help us launch in July.
Due to the limited number of spots and the travel arrangements for our Master Trainer, all payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you can commit to the full training schedule before purchasing.
