What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable athletic apparel that allows full range of motion.

Grip socks are required for all classes. Don’t have any? We’ve got you covered — socks are available for purchase at the studio.

​

For the safety of our machines, please remove jewelry before class and store with your other belongings in the cubbies.

What should I bring (and not bring) to class?

Please bring plenty of water (no glass bottles, please). Bottled water is also available for purchase if needed.

Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. We provide complimentary sweat towels for every guest. Grip socks and Fire + Form towels are available for purchase in the studio if needed.

Complimentary cubbies are available in each studio for your personal belongings. To help create an immersive, distraction-free experience, we encourage all guests to store cell phones during class.

When should I arrive to class?

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your first class begins. This gives us time to show you around the studio, introduce you to the MiniPro, and welcome you into the Fire + Form community.

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time — we recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth and stress-free start.

What is the cancelation policy?

If you’re unable to attend class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

​

Cancellations made within 12 hours of class are considered a late cancel and will incur a $20 fee. Failure to attend without canceling will result in a $25 no-show fee.

We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain availability and fairness for all clients.

What happens if I am late to class?

For safety reasons, first-time clients will not be permitted to enter class once it has begun.

​

Returning clients are allowed a 5-minute grace period. After that window, entry will not be permitted in order to prevent disruptions and maintain the flow of class.

​

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Do you offer any discounts?

As a thank you to those who serve, teach, and lead, we offer 10% off all memberships for teachers, first responders, and active military members. This offer cannot be stacked with other offers.
