Fire + Form is a Lagree Method, modern Pilates and heated fitness studio born from a love of intentional movement, elevated spaces, and results-driven training.
Created as a space to slow down while working harder, Fire + Form is an invitation to focus, refine, and reconnect with your strength. We believe fitness should feel empowering but challenging.
